The exhibition is accompanied by a catalogue.

The exhibition will present a variety of the works of Nofar Architects, established 1982 by architect David Nofar. The projects presented include a wide scope of projects at various stages of completion including public buildings, schools, offices, synagogues, residential buildings and others, competition entries, theoretical designs and more, presenting the wide areas of interests of the practice and the architectural and design considerations guiding its work since its establishment. The works will be presented with images, photos, digital models, plans, videos and other means. The exhibited works include the Agam Museum in Rishon Lezion (in construction), the Transparent School in Holon (in construction), the Academic Centre in Ashkelon, Community Center in Jaljulia, and others.

Architecture of Dream
During the last moments before virtual architecture, the generation I belong to begins to experiment in architecture of meaning, the use of contents and meanings difficult to express in other means. At the same time, other approaches appear, dealing with free and aim-free design, a challenging of gravity, protesting the use of the line and right angle.
The architectural structure emerges from context (surroundings, means), from the joining of shape to meaning and programmatic grammar. The design process is a stepping stone for creative thought, from program to architecture, the development of aspects of design while discovering new shapes. New approaches of planning lead us, the architects, to a new place where we must find and convince clients of cultural and intellectual stature, who are able to cope with the ideas of the generation to whom we are preparing our buildings and our children.

Nofar Architects
Nofar Architects was established in 1982 by architect David Nofar, and today employs about twenty architects and planners. During its existence, the firm has design and built a large number of major projects in Israel and abroad, including the Faculty of Law, Bar Ilan University, The Academic Center in Ashkelon, and others. The firm has won several design competitions in Israel and abroad, including the Parliament and Government office of Tanzania (second place), Rishon Lezion Urban Center, Main Library at the Tel-Hai College, and others.
